PT. Cipta Nuansa Inti (PT. Cipta) was incorporated in October 1998. With its major business as a property agency, namely carrying out marketing activities on leasing and selling apartments in the Taman Rasuna Apartment, at Jalan HR. Rasuna Said, South Jakarta.

The services provided by PT. Cipta includes the fulfillment of the needs of the tenants or buyers before and after the transaction. Costumer's satisfaction is the primary goals of the company.

The company leased out and sold 12 units of apartment at the beginning and up to June 2002, the total assets managed by PT. Cipta have developed into 135 units of apartment worth Rp. 54 billion. 

In May 2002, under Ms. Felisia Diliana Hafel leadership, PT. Cipta started dividing its business into 3 divisions: Property Division, Event Organizer Division and Development Division.

With the Property Division, the company expanding its business targets to the housing, Building and Land in Jakarta and the surroundings and West Java areas.  

Then, PT. Cipta, with its Event Organizer Division , organized 2 education exhibitions: INDONESIA EDUCATION EXPO 2003 on April 4-6, 2003 at Puri Agung, Sahid Jaya Hotel, Jakarta and The 2nd INDONESIA EDUCATION EXPO 2005 on April 25-27, 2005 at Istora Senayan, Jakarta.

Up until December 2006, PT. Cipta has successfully leased out and sold around 300 apartments and houses in Taman Rasuna Apartments, Aston Rasuna Residences, Puri Imperium Apartments, Casablanca Apartments and Kemang Club Villas Town Houses, and also office units at Rasuna Office Park, Kuningan, Jakarta. 

With all these new concepts and professional staffs, PT. Cipta is trying to be more 'customer satisfaction oriented'.
